"We had a fabulous time at hard rock. The rooms were great and we got an upgrade which was wonderful! The transportation was prompt professional and efficient. Food, amenities and entertainment were all top notch. Our only complaint was that we had a very hard time making dinner reservations because the hotel and restaurant reservation systems weren’t syncing so they couldn’t find our room to make a reservation. It never got resolved and happened all week. No sure if it was because we were booked as a family with the 3 rooms and then we got upgraded to a different building but it was very annoying. Just wanted to pass along in case any other of your clients have the same issue. Also I would recommend letting your clients know that they need to book dinner reservations for the week the night they arrive because everything fills up very fast and we were stuck with 5:30 reservations most nights."

"What a trip - One my family will never forget! Just got a check for a full refund for the full cost of our Hawaii change due to fires. So we got a full refund from the Sheraton Maui plus all expenses we paid for the changes. Note to self always get travel insurance for big trips!!! I have never bought insurance before so thx for recommending it highly which you did. You are our travel agent for life!!!"

"My wife and I just returned last night from a week-long vacation with friends in Italy. I would HIGHLY recommend our travel agent, Ashley Duncan with Turtle Moon Travel. Every aspect of our trip was thoughtfully planned, with no detail missed. From iced Prosecco with glasses and a note in our hotel in Rome, amazing guides for private tours, a timely reminder message about hassle-free check out of our villa in Florence, transportation and drivers to and from everything, advice on tipping, to last but not least, monitoring our return flight last night. Our return flight was diverted from Charlotte due to weather. Because Ashley was monitoring our flight, she knew wouldn't make our connections and was able to book later connecting flights (while we were still in flight!). Other travelers were scrambling once we finally landed in CLT. But, we were able to relax, grab dinner, and head straight to the new gate. Incredible! "Amazing! I did not give Liz much to go from - other than, "we want take our kids to Disney." That was literally all I knew and with her expertise ended up with an incredible vacation and experience. I was so overwhelmed - food, fast passes, resorts, timing. Liz asked a lot of questions about what we liked/needed and then built an incredible trip that was perfect for our family and obviously one-of-a-kind. She also spent time advising me on the app and exactly how to tackle each day. I felt like a pro but most importantly, I truly enjoyed the trip instead of feeling stressed like some many folks I talk to. While I didn't realize in advance, but Liz did a great job jumping on fast pass and dining reservations. We had exactly what we wanted! Toy Story, Avatar Flight and Big Thunder Mountain - people couldn't believe we had fast passes to it all - we didn't realize how lucky we were (to have Liz do all the hard work to get them) until we got there.
